Welcome to FinPay Payment Solutions (“FinPay”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using our services listed below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

FinPay may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3 Eligibility & Account
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during signup and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4 User Responsibilities
  • Provide correct beneficiary, Aadhaar, bank, and transaction details.
  • Use services only for lawful purposes; do not engage in fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Ensure adequate funds/limits before initiating transactions.
  • Comply with applicable guidelines of RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, banks, and other regulators.
5 Transactions, Fees & Settlement
  • Transactions once initiated are generally final and non-reversible, except for proven technical errors attributable to FinPay.
  • Processing times depend on banks, NPCI rails, and third-party networks; delays or failures may occur.
  • Fees, charges, MDR, commissions, and limits may apply as per current FinPay policy and partner/bank rules.
  • Chargebacks/disputes will be handled per applicable network/bank procedures.
6 Payment Gateway Solutions (Merchants)
  • Merchants must comply with card network rules, PCI-DSS (where applicable), and KYC/AML norms.
  • Prohibited products/services and suspicious transactions may be blocked or reversed without notice.
  • Settlement timelines, rolling reserves, refunds, and chargebacks will follow your merchant agreement.
7 Security & Data Privacy
  • FinPay uses reasonable security measures and encryption to protect data and transactions.
  • Keep your OTPs, PINs, passwords, and device secure; report unauthorized access immediately.
  • Personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
8 Prohibited Uses
  • Money laundering, terror financing, gambling (where restricted), counterfeit goods, or any illegal activity.
  • Impersonation, phishing, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or violating third-party rights.
9 Limitation of Liability
  • FinPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to network failures, bank outages, third-party downtime, or force majeure events.
  • Where liability is established and directly attributable to FinPay, it is limited to the amount of the affected transaction or as required by law.
10 Refunds & Reversals
  • Refunds apply only in cases of confirmed technical failure attributable to FinPay and when funds are not credited to the intended beneficiary.
  • Timeframes for refunds depend on bank/network processes. Additional terms may be provided in the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
11 Compliance, KYC & Monitoring
  • We may request additional KYC, verify transactions, or place holds to comply with law/regulator directives.
  • Non-compliance may result in service suspension/termination without prior notice.
12 Suspension & Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, risk concerns, or on regulator/bank instructions.
  • Obligations accrued before termination (fees, chargebacks, disputes) survive termination.
13 Intellectual Property
  • All logos, trademarks, content, and software on the platform are owned by FinPay or its licensors.
  • No license is granted except as necessary to use the services under these Terms.
14 Third-Party Links & Services
  • Our services may depend on banks, payment networks, and other third parties; their terms may also apply.
  • FinPay is not responsible for third-party content, actions, or policies.
15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Insert City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

16 Changes to Terms
